What is Self Harm?
Self-injury, more commonly known as Self-Harm, is any act done where the intention is to harm oneself without the intention to die

Striking one’s body with a hard object
Biting (often so hard the skin is pierced)
Obsessive Pinching
Intentional burning
Cutting or stabbing
Misuse of medications, alcohol, or drugs
Risky behavior, such as unsafe sex or reckless driving
