The OffBits
Social-Emotional Learning through Creative Storytelling
Fun for all ages, The OffBits imagines play to be creative, educational and multigenerational. Our open-source construction system is based on build-it-yourself kits containing proprietary connectors and standard hardware components. Each kit includes at least one brightly-colored robot character, figurine or vehicle with a unique personality or ability, and a special assembly tool (the SuperTool™ Wrench). Additional parts or materials from your home or office can be upcycled and integrated to add an original twist to your build.
In collaboration with The OffBits, we are sharing new ways we can use everyday hardware materials like screws, washers, springs, and other spare parts to create art-based social-emotional learning

Dive into short stories starring your favorite little creations from The OffBits kits!
These stories explore important themes for children to learn about in their mental health and wellness journey — such as acceptance, diversity and inclusion, confidence, and self-esteem.
We invite you to read these stories, build your own OffBits characters, and use your characters to act these stories out with your friends and family!
Once you’ve gotten the hang of it, let your creativity run wild and write stories of your own with new OffBits creations.

In the vibrant Enchanted Garden, TrollBits of various colors and talents lived harmoniously, creating imaginative structures and filling the forest with laughter. When a unique new TrollBit with brilliant pink hair arrived, initial uncertainty gave way to acceptance, and the newcomer’s creativity helped the community thrive, highlighting the beauty of diversity.
