About World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day takes place every year on October 10 to spotlight mental health around the world, raise awareness of mental health issues and encourage efforts to support those experiencing mental health issues. Learn more about the current fundraiser from this blog post by Kathy Rocha, our MGB Research & Education and Art Task Force Volunteer.

Champion Youth Mental Wellness

At My Good Brain, we believe in the power of creativity to bring families together.

At one of our recent workshops, a mom shared that the event had become a special time for her family to bond, with both parents present and engaged.

Another parent mentioned how her typically shy daughter opened up and fully immersed herself in our friendship bracelet-making and card illustration session, surprising everyone with her enthusiasm.

These moments remind us that our workshops are more than just creative activities—they’re opportunities for children and their families to connect emotionally, socially, and creatively. By supporting our World Mental Health Day t-shirt fundraiser, you’re helping us continue to offer these meaningful experiences to more families.

#LetsFuelGreatness

Join us for My Good Brain’s World Mental Health Day T-Shirt Fundraiser, running from October 10 to October 31, 2024!

Purchase exclusive, volunteer-designed t-shirts and unlock new colors as we reach fundraising milestones. All proceeds directly support our programs promoting children’s mental wellness through art and creativity—wear your support and help us fuel greatness!

T-Shirts For A Cause

Support the My Good Brain T-Shirt Fundraiser and help us unlock some seriously cool shirt colors! Start with the Classic White tee, but as we raise more funds, we’ll unlock Navy Blue, Charcoal Gray, Black, and the ultimate Tie-Dye design—plus a limited-edition tote bag!

Be part of something awesome, rep your favorite color, and support children's mental health along the way. Let’s hit those goals and unlock greatness! #LetsFuelGreatness

Track Our Progress

Curious to know where we are at? Follow along and see how much we’ve raised so far! The more people join in on the fun, the quicker we can get to unlocking the next t-shirt color. So help us spread the word about MGB’s T-Shirt Fundraiser!

If you’re not in the market for a t-shirt but still want to support the cause, you can make a direct donation to our Givebutter Fundraiser Page.

REMEMBER: Every dollar brings us closer to our goal!
