You don’t have to be a ballerina to be a dancer! Dancing, by definition, can be simple. You can just put on some music and move your body however you want. Dancing not only is a great way to have fun with your friends, but it’s also a way to boost our self-esteem! It helps us feel more comfortable in our own bodies, express ourselves through movement, and the movements give us a yummy boost of endorphins (our happy chemicals).
